Attend all elements of the five-day leadership development course
Fully participate in small group seminar discussions
Contribute to class discourse through chat dialogue and virtual discussions
Write and share key reflections on all course material elements
Complete all nightly assignments, culminating in completing your Striker Supervisor’s Action Plan

A key component of course completion is that all reflections be submitted at a satisfactory level, or better.
