AFGSC Site Support Lead
Boston Gilbert is a talent development professional with over five years of experience leading structured leadership development and coaching initiatives. He served as Associate Director at No Greater Sacrifice Foundation, where he built and scaled a national mentorship and coaching program serving more than 250 college-aged and young professional participants. He managed the full participant lifecycle—including onboarding, engagement, assessment, reporting, and offboarding—across multiple cohorts. His work emphasizes operational excellence, an exceptional learner experience, and close coordination with internal leaders and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality programs.
In addition to his nonprofit leadership experience, Boston brings entrepreneurial and executive support expertise that strengthens his ability to manage projects and support senior leaders. As Owner-Operator of Honeybeard, a Dallas-based, cause-driven nutrition supplement company that donated a portion of proceeds to veteran mental health organizations, he oversaw operations, sales, brand strategy, and strategic partnerships. He also built a national athlete ambassador program focused on personal growth, mindset, and values alignment, deepening engagement with the brand’s mission. Earlier, he served as an Executive Assistant at HoldFast HQ, supporting a former Navy SEAL-turned-executive coach and keynote speaker in managing strategic projects, communications, and leadership development events.
Boston holds a Master of Arts in Leadership from Dallas Baptist University and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Physiology and Sport Management with a minor in Sport Performance Leadership from Southern Methodist University. He is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach with expertise in leadership coaching, facilitation, curriculum support, virtual program operations, and stakeholder coordination. He has also volunteered as a mentor with the Knights of Heroes Foundation, leading expeditionary personal development programs for the sons of fallen U.S. service members.
