  • is a prestigious five, half-day session course created specifically for “frontline” supervisors in Air Force Global Strike Command.  It is designed for those approaching, or in the early stages of, their supervisory career.  The course was developed to complement other leadership classes or endeavors students may have previously encountered.  However, each session does so by embracing MAJCOM-specific guidance and culture while remaining consistent with the Air Force-level leadership guidance and courseware available to Strikers today.  The Striker Frontline Leadership Course is built to maximize engagement, encourage deep reflection and content absorption, and produce a meaningful, tangible introspective approach that can become the cornerstone of leadership success.


  • is a five half-day, 20-hour course developed for experienced “supervisors of supervisors” in Air Force Global Strike Command. The course was developed primarily for enlisted students with ALS and NCOA complete but not SNCOA, and for officer students who have graduated SOS but not ACSC (note: civilians are exempt from such PME requirements but should be at a commensurate level).

    Much like the Frontline Leadership Course, each cohort is designed to actualize the strategic guidance set forth by Command leadership and fit in-between a new Striker leader’s developmental endeavors…but at a much higher level of learning and application. Through each lesson, the curriculum embraces MAJCOM-specific guidance and culture while remaining congruent and consistent with Air Force, AETC and Air University leadership guidance and courseware available to Strikers today. It is designed not only to educate and prepare new Striker leaders, but also to help bridge-the-gap between the education and development lexicon afforded to more senior leaders in order to ensure a greater common vocabulary within organizations. Through daily reflection and observation, the Striker Intermediate Leadership Course guides students to develop their own comprehensive leadership Action Plan (derived from AFGSC-guidance) as an “output deliverable” to allow for further discussion of their leadership strategies with their own supervisors/leadership after program completion. The course is built to maximize engagement, encourage deep reflection and content absorption, and produce a meaningful, tangible, introspective product that can become the cornerstone to their leadership success.


  • is five half-days, 20 contact hours developed for First Sergeants in Air Force Global Strike Command.  It builds from the Striker Frontline Leadership Course taken by many of your frontline supervisors, then tailors the Intermediate Striker Leadership Course material to you, the First Sergeant.  The goal is to refine your tools that enable you to connect with your unit’s people to bolster mission readiness and Quality of Life.  The curriculum embraces MAJCOM-specific guidance and culture while remaining congruent and consistent with Air Force, AETC and Air University courseware available today.  Through your daily reflection and observation, you will develop a comprehensive leadership Action Plan (derived from AFGSC-guidance) as an “output deliverable”.
