Similar to the Frontline program, each learning module aims to operationalize the strategic direction established by organizational leadership and serve as a crucial step in a mid-level leader's development—but at a significantly advanced level of comprehension and application. Throughout each lesson, the instruction incorporates agency-specific tenets and professional culture while remaining consistent and compatible with service-level, command, and institutional leadership doctrine and material available to the workforce. Through daily reflection and observation, the Striker Intermediate Leadership Course guides students to develop their own comprehensive leadership Action Plan (derived from AFGSC-guidance) as an “output deliverable” to allow for further discussion of their leadership strategies with their own supervisors/leadership after program completion.
