The goal is to refine those tools that enable leaders to connect with their organization’s people to bolster both business performance and the quality of life for company personnel. The curriculum embraces specific guidance and culture while remaining congruent and consistent with organizational courseware available today. Through daily reflection and observation, this course helps participants develop their comprehensive Leadership Action Plan as an “output deliverable.” Like other courses in this series, the especially low student-to-facilitator ratio ensures every participant receives personalized attention, meaningful feedback, and tailored guidance.
