Elizabeth Fields is the President and Founder of Jackson Fields Consulting (JFC), a firm renowned for its expertise in reorganization and scaling fast-growth organizations across both nonprofit and for-profit sectors. With a wealth of experience in strategic leadership, Fields has established herself as a key figure in guiding organizations through complex challenges to achieve sustainable growth.
Prior to founding JFC, Fields served as the Chief Operating Officer at the Gary Sinise Foundation, where she honed her skills in operational excellence and strategic planning. Her extensive career includes executive roles at prestigious institutions such as National Public Radio, the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management, and Michigan State University.
Fields holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts from the University of Arizona, along with an Executive Certificate from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She is married to Brad, an entrepreneur, and they live in Grapevine, Texas, with their two dogs, Denver and Stanley.
