Eva Henry

Eva Henry served for 20 years in the United States Air Force, where she held multiple leadership roles in the munitions career field supporting B-1, B-52, and ICBM missions. Throughout her career, she was responsible for ensuring the safety, accountability, and operational readiness of critical weapons systems in support of national defense.
Beyond operational assignments, Eva also served as a Professional Military Education (PME) instructor and curriculum developer at an international military school, where she helped design and deliver leadership education for multinational students.
Today, Eva serves as an Adjunct Instructor for Air University, where she teaches leadership and focuses on developing human capital within military organizations.
In addition to her work in leadership education, Eva and her husband own a real estate investment company, Henry Property Holdings, LLC. She also serves as a Board Member for VetBiz, contributing to the Programs Committee, where she supports initiatives that equip veteran entrepreneurs and professionals with the education, mentorship, and resources needed to thrive in business and leadership.
Eva holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Psychology from Park University, a Master of Arts Degree in Human Services Counseling from Liberty University, and a Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Villanova University. She is also a Certified Resilience-Building Leadership Trainer and a Leadership Guide with GiANT Worldwide.
Eva has recently been accepted to Northwestern University, where she will continue advancing her academic and professional work at the intersection of leadership development, counseling, and human potential.
Outside of her professional work, Eva enjoys spending time with her husband, son, daughter, and two dogs. They reside in the Greater St. Louis area and enjoy hiking, fishing, camping, and generally being outdoors.
