Jesse Brannon is a seasoned sales and leadership executive with over 20 years of experience driving performance, growth, and culture within high-performing organizations. He currently serves on the leadership team at the Stevie Award–Winning Marriott Vacation Club, where he helps shape strategic direction and optimize revenue operations across multiple divisions.

Prior to his current role, he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the COO Alliance, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the organization from inception to an 8-figure annual recurring revenue company. He also served as Chief Revenue Officer at Scaling Sales, leading transformational growth initiatives and developing sales systems that accelerated team performance and deal velocity.

Earlier in his career, Jesse operated multiple franchise auto dealerships, where he honed his expertise in turnaround management, team building, and operational excellence.

A creative problem-solver and strategic thinker, Jesse is highly skilled in deal closure, scaling revenue, and leading high-impact teams through periods of change and growth. His passion lies in developing people and processes that create sustainable, measurable success.
