Lisa Wood

Roelma “Lisa” Wood is a retired Chief Master Sergeant with nearly 28 years of service. She entered the United States Air Force in January of 1994 as a Security Forces specialist and served in various positions to include Security Forces Instructor at the Inter-American Air Forces Academy, Operations Superintendent, Airman Leadership School Commandant, Security Forces Manager and USAFE’s Security Forces MAJCOM Functional Manager.
Lisa’s final assignment prior to retirement was as the 435th Security Forces Manager, Ramstein Air Base, Germany. She led 64 active-duty personnel while overseeing Europe’s Security Forces Training Center and USAFE’s only “Open the Base” Phoenix F.I.S.T. Security airborne unit. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Education from Wayland Baptist University and multiple Associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force.
Lisa also holds a Financial Coach Master Training certification through Dave Ramsey Solutions and currently works part-time at the local elementary schools as a substitute teacher. On her off-duty time she enjoys spending time with her husband and four children and volunteering in the community.
