Participants must be at least 18 years of age. Enrollment is subject to acceptance by Trailhead Leadership Institute and may be limited based on program capacity, prerequisites, or suitability. If you are enrolling staff members, you represent that you have the proper authority to bind your organization to our terms and conditions. Please note that admission is granted on a specified, individual basis.

No. Enrollment is subject to acceptance by Trailhead Leadership Institute and/or the course’s governing authority (client). Submitting an application or paying a fee does not automatically guarantee a seat — we review each applicant individually.

Participant "swaps" or substitutions are not automatically authorized and are never guaranteed. Because enrollment is tied to a specific individual, paying the fee does not automatically grant admission to a substitute. Any transfer of enrollment fees between people must be explicitly approved by the Trailhead Leadership Institute (SBCC).

You must obtain prior approval from Trailhead and the course's governing authority, AMC/CCC, for approval.

Refunds may be limited or unavailable depending on when you cancel. Because Trailhead Leadership Institute incurs administrative, processing, and instructional preparation costs for every accepted student, all refunds are capped at a maximum of 95% of your enrollment fee. Additionally, because we use Stripe as our payment processor, any refund issued will be reduced by associated processing costs (at minimum 3%).

No refunds can be issued within 30 days of the course start date. For each course, Trailhead Leadership Institute will publish a pro-rated refund schedule that identifies both the last day eligible for a full (95%) refund (minus the minimum 3% processing fee) and the final refund cutoff date. We encourage you to review this schedule (in the Terms and Conditions) at registration.

The enrollment fee covers your individual registration and instructional materials. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, it does not include travel, lodging, meals, or incidentals.

Enrollment fees must be paid in full by the specific due date provided during your registration, unless a different agreement has been made in writing. Failure to pay on time may result in your enrollment being suspended or canceled.

Yes. Trailhead Leadership Institute and SBCC have no control over government contracting or government purchase card systems and cannot facilitate transfers involving those systems. Any transfer transactions related to government payments must be handled entirely within your own organization.

We reserve the right to modify course schedules, instructors, content, or locations if necessary to maintain quality or due to unforeseen circumstances. If a substantial change occurs, we will notify you as soon as practically possible.

If we must cancel or reschedule a program entirely due to low enrollment, instructor unavailability, or events beyond our control (force majeure), you will have the choice to either transfer to a future course offering or receive a refund of the program fees you paid.

Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the program. Disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the course without refund.

Yes. Each course outlines required technology capabilities in advance. Participants are responsible for meeting those requirements. Failure to do so may result in removal from the course or inability to graduate, without refund.

No. All program materials (workbooks, presentations, digital content, recordings, etc.) are the intellectual property of Trailhead Leadership Institute, SBCC, or its licensors. They are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only and cannot be copied, recorded, distributed, or reused without our prior written consent.

Programs may be recorded or photographed for training, quality assurance, or promotional purposes. By enrolling, you grant Trailhead permission to use your voice, likeness, or image. If you do not wish to be recorded, you must opt out in writing prior to the start of the program.

No. Trailhead Leadership Institute does not guarantee promotions, performance improvements, or specific professional outcomes. Results depend on individual effort, application, and organizational circumstances.
