SMSgt (retired) USAF
Sara Davidson brings 25 years of professional experience spanning military leadership, strategic intelligence, human performance, and small business consulting and advisory work.
She spent 20 years serving in the United States Air Force, where her career focused on strategic intelligence, leadership, and high-stakes decision-making in complex operational environments. Throughout her service, she held a range of leadership roles, working with diverse teams and senior stakeholders to drive clarity, execution, and mission outcomes. These experiences shaped her belief that effective leadership extends beyond strategy and execution and is deeply rooted in self-awareness, resilience, and the ability to perform under pressure.
Following her military career, Sara has spent the last 5 years in consulting and small business advisory work, supporting founders, leaders, and organizations through leadership facilitation, strategic planning, operational alignment, and culture building. A core component of her work centers on human performance and holistic wellbeing. She helps leaders better understand themselves, manage their energy, and recognize how physical, mental, and emotional health influence decision-making and leadership effectiveness.
Her approach integrates operational rigor with human-centered practices, emphasizing that leaders who understand their values, limits, and drivers are better equipped to lead authentically, build trust, and sustain performance over time.
Academically, Sara holds a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Leadership from Southwestern College, earned in 2007, and a Master of Science in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University, earned in 2013.
She does not currently hold professional certifications; her expertise is grounded in applied leadership experience, facilitation practice, and real-world execution across complex public- and private-sector environments.
