Todd Caskey
AFGSC Leadership Ed Site Lead
Todd Caskey is a retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel who serves as Air Force Global Strike Command Leadership Education Site Lead. A Communications and Cyber Operations officer by trade, Todd retired with over 35 years of active-duty experience in 2024.
Originally enlisting in the Air Force as a firefighter, Todd received his commission after graduating from Officer Training School in 2002 and served in Cyber Operations positions around the world. He is a graduate of Air Mobility Command’s leadership development program, Phoenix Horizon-Mobility, and has deployed on several occasions for airfield opening missions as a Contingency Response Element leader. Additional deployments include tours in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Qatar, Kuwait, and Afghanistan. He commanded detachments and squadrons both stateside and abroad and was the Air Force representative to the Joint Staff Battlespace Awareness and C4/Cyber Functional Capability Boards at the Pentagon. He also served as an instructor and evaluator as the Chief of Standardization and Evaluations at the 621st Contingency Response Wing.
Todd finished his Air Force career as the Deputy Commander of the 2d Mission Support Group at Barksdale Air Force Base. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Science from the University of Maryland and a Master of Science degree from Colorado Technical University.
