Victoria Rydin Boncz

Presenter & Moderator

CMSgt, USAF (retired)

Victoria Rydin Boncz is a recently retired Chief Master Sergeant with more than 26 years in the Air Force, serving most of her career as a journalist and Public Affairs communication professional.

Growing up in a small town in Illinois, and enlisting directly after high school, her career afforded her unique and challenging opportunities a young girl from the mid-west could never even dream of. From helping build schools and water pump stations on remote islands in the Indo-Pacific, meeting with foreign royalty, negotiating with socialist government representatives, to helping rescue survivors of hurricanes and earthquakes, all while traveling the world, her career in the Air Force was quite an adventure.

Most recently she had the honor of serving as the Senior Enlisted Leader for Public Affairs at the Air Force Special Operations Command at Hurlburt Field, Florida, where she worked as a communication strategist and advisor to the commander, command chief, and staff.

Victoria has a passion for teaching, mentoring, and coaching and has always been drawn to personal development. She loves helping teams and individuals transform their mindsets, overcome the limiting stories controlling them, and embrace their true and unique value in order to accomplish whatever they want in life.
